Agilent B1500A Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer

These analyzers perform precision DC and AC measurements of semiconductor devices, including transistors, diodes, resistors, and capacitors.

This equipment is used to measure 2D material transistors, ultra-wide bandgap devices, and other novel devices and structures fabricated in the lab.

The lab has two systems. Specific features include:

• System 1: 4 high-resolution SMUs, triaxial cables for fA sensitivity
• System 2: 4 high-resolution SMUs, triaxial cables for fA sensitivity + 1 CMU (1 kHz - 5 MHz)
